Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location and the shipping options provided by our carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Majority Cosmetics primarily ships within the United States. International shipping availability may expand in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Products

Are your lashes reusable?

Yes! With proper care, our strip lashes can be reused multiple times. Gently remove any adhesive after each wear and store them in their original packaging to help maintain their shape.

How do I care for my lashes?

After each use, carefully remove excess glue using tweezers or your fingertips. Avoid soaking the lashes in water or makeup remover, and store them in their original case between wears.

Are your lip products safe for everyday use?

Yes. Our lip products are designed for everyday wear. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Will the product colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to accurately represent every product. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device’s screen settings and lighting.


Makeup Services

How do I book a makeup appointment?

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system. Visit the Book Now section of our website to view availability and reserve your appointment.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due according to the booking policy.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please review our Booking Policy for cancellation and rescheduling guidelines. We appreciate as much notice as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards along with other secure payment methods available during checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout systems. Majority Cosmetics does not store your payment information.
